„The chickens and yard were absolutely amazing- wish we had more time to enjoy and explore the grounds! Our host was very nice and communicative. We loved the two wineries near by. There were some bugs inside when we checked in and throughout the evening but that’s to be expected on the farm. Appreciated the fly swatter and the light traps! Highly recommend this stay.“

„The wife and I spent a few days in southern Illinois, hiking, herping, bird-watching, generally just getting away from work and the daily grind, and this place was a great stay. We weren't in the house very much, coming back in late afternoon after being out all day, but it's a great place for privacy and quiet. Very relaxing.The host offered quite simply the single greatest communication I've ever had from a cabin rental... he would get back to us with answers to our questions within minutes. ...

„We needed a 1 night stay, got in late. Great house and it was clean. The only comment I would say and they are very minor is, there was no light outside and it was very dark. Also, the rug at the front door both inside and out, had no grip so we slid around a bit.“

„Such a great space!! We had our family vacation (two families, 9 people total) and adored all the extras like the pool table, hot tub and grill / patio. The board games were a big hit. The kids loved the complimentary snacks ;) and I loved the fully stocked kitchen and spice cabinet! Comfy beds and fluffy pillows with plenty of blankets and towels. The host was gracious and accommodating, there was a small mix up and she couldn’t have been nicer. We hope to stay again! “

„The house definitely met our needs for our vacation. It was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals It was clean upon arrival and very spacious. The house was located close to all the sites we wanted to visit. The grand kids certainly enjoyed the air hockey and pac man games.
