„We had book a non-smoking room which it wasn't. We asked for a change to non-smoking and they said it would take a while due to the rooms were still being cleaned. While we were waiting we were then informed there were no non-smoking rooms in that hotel.
Later that day in the 2nd smokers room we noticed that the whole bathroom ceiling was covered in mold.
Room itself has potential if they would put a bit more care into the place.
Location was not as good as anticipated but ok if you like ...

„我們租住了雙人大床房型兩天，房間寬敞，清潔衛生，各類清潔衛生用品一應俱全，更有護髮素提供(有些酒店未有提供護髮素的），實在貼心，唯洗手間內沒有浴缸。
酒店內的服務人員很有禮貌及熱情，會詢問我們是否滿意酒店的服務，替我們收拾房間的服務員耿协辉非常細心，他主動替我們將需要曬乾的衣 服掛到房間內適當位置，讓我們晚上返回房間時，衣服經已曬乾，他亦將房間收拾得非常清潔衛生，真的感謝他。
