„Highly recommend this location for beach lovers. You’re 2 steps from the sand. Also walking distance to several great restaurants with outdoor dining. The only complaint was lack of good beach chairs as we can’t travel with those. Should be automatic to include them. I’d also recommend an outdoor shower or hose to eliminate a lot of the sand. “

„My husband and I love Venice. We love the slower pace of life, the lazy beach days and walks downtown. What we loved most about this villa was the location. It is a short walk to the beach and a short walk downtown - we enjoy being outside and getting our steps in, so for us this was perfect.
