„Eine super Location - sehr schön ausgestattet, mitten in der Natur. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das einzige ist die Markierung für die Anfahrt - es soll besser ausgeschildert werden! Die Zufahrt ist besser mit einem etwas "höher gelegtem" Auto zu meistern, da es teilweise ein unbefestigter Weg ist. Sonst eine Idylle, richtig zu empfehlen!!!“

„Berkey himself is a gracious, helpful, and thoughtful host. His communications are excellent and once there, he will be there for you. He attends to details and has pride in this hideaway. It requires a walk up ~40 steep steps but once on top, your are in a beautiful valley with wildlife and jungle sounds. „Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. „We were fortunate to enjoy a stay in April 2025 and it was a very relaxing and pleasant vacation. The cottage and the grounds were beautiful. The covered outdoor space with hammock were inspiring- loved swinging reading a book, enjoying the views day and night. There is enough kitchen gadgets to prepare meals and coffee at "home". We love adventure travel- especially to SCUBA Dive.... and this trip was it.Pinard Mountain Village will pick you up at the airport if you want. If not... „Stayed here for 4 nights, the cabin is very interesting. It is in the lovely garden of the owners, a little bit outside of the main street in Calibishie, so better to have a car. The kitchen is great, bathroom also, however there is no airconditioning. The view is awesome from the hammock and terrace. The owners are very nice and friendly. Thanks!“

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Sehr sauber. Ich fühlte mich ein bisschen wie im Dirty Dancing Film. Schöne kleine einzelne Häuser. Man sieht immer einen Gärtner, der sich um die Anlage kümmert. Das Personal ist freundlich, einige davon besonders auffallend freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant ist lecker und wird frisch zubereitet. Auch das individuelle Frühstück. Uns hat eine Option gefehlt abends ab 21 Uhr zum Beispiel an einer Bar zu sitzen und sich mit anderen Gästen zu unterhalten und dabei etwas zu trinken. Denn das Restaurant schließt spätestens 21/22 Uhr. Zumindestens aktuell . Denn in der Umgebung gibt es leider keine Alternative. Man kann natürlich trotzdem auf der eigenen Veranda sitzen. Schöner Strand (nicht zum Schwimmen!). Ausflugsoptionen vom Hotel täglich möglich inklusive Transfer. Großer moderner Fitness -Bereich. Zimmer nicht ganz so modern. Uns hat das nicht gestört. "
