„We didnt sleep because it was very noisy the whole(!)night. Rooms are not very cozy... apartment doesnt have a dishwasher, to find a supermarket was not so easy. check-in was ok.“

„Hands down one of the worst beds I’ve slept in at a bnb listing. Also what’s the point of charging a cleaning fee when the place is not clean. The bathroom was filthy, the tub looked like it wasn’t cleaned in months. Getting into the apartment was insanely painful. If you don’t have internet it’s almost impossible to unlock the front door. The only pro is prime location.“

Defekte Kübel in beiden Bädern, gebrochene Wc-bürste, kein warmes Duschwasser in einem der Bäder, unbrauchbare kaputte Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer. Vernachlässigte Terrasse mit verdorrten Pflanzen, keinem Tisch und mit nur einem Stuhl! Schade um die schöne und ruhige Wohnung“

„We were met with a very friendly welcome outside the building and escorted the apartment. The apartment had all we needed and was very comfortable (one bedroom with a double bed and 2 day sofas in the living room which turned into beds at night). The apartment is very quiet despite its location on the pedestrian zone. It´s location is perfect for walking and exploring Florence.“
