Ideally situated in Dol-de-Bretagne, between Saint-Malo and Mont-Saint-Michel, Studio Océan is the perfect place to settle in and set off to explore the Emerald Coast.

We welcome you to a cosy and tastefully furnished flat, ideal for a stay for two, whether you’re coming for a few days or a longer break. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

Located on the first floor (no lift), this studio has been designed to offer everything you need: a pleasant, practical and comfortable space where you’ll soon feel at home.

The accommodation comprises:
- A bright living area with a sleeping area and a double bed (140 × 190 cm)
- A dining area where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast or dinner
- A kitchenette equipped with hobs, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine
- A private bathroom with shower and toilet
- A television and Wi-Fi for your leisure time
Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure you can make the most of your stay, without having to worry about the basics.

Outdoors:
- The house also has an enclosed garden shared amongst the various accommodation units in the residence (5 studios).
Here, you can make use of the sun loungers, picnic tables and a barbecue on sunny days.

Dol-de-Bretagne is an excellent base from which to explore the region’s treasures.
