Overall, it was a very nice holiday, but there were a few things that really bothered us. There were clearly too few sun umbrellas – even the staff confirmed this. There were by far not enough for everyone, even though the resort wasn’t particularly full.
The food was good, but almost the same every day.
It also felt like they were cutting corners: one day they offered Nutella, but 30 minutes later it was suddenly no longer available – only after repeatedly asking did they finally bring it out.
Ice cream was also often unavailable, even though it was 38 degrees Celsius. To us, it looked like they were deliberately trying to save costs.
