„front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. Whole property was very clean. Room was spacious. Walls are paper thin though. Some people above us decided to have a dance or stomping party so we barely got sleep at all.“

„Miss Shirley - a breakfast attendant was an excellent addition to the stay. She made sure everyone got greeted and taking well care of . She was truly a jewel 💎 Her smile and attentiveness was undeniable ❤️“

„Zimmer sauber. Personal sehr freundlich, gutes Frühstück “

„yes“

„The room was huge but there were dead roaches near the sink area and the sink area wasn’t that clean“

„The stuff was super friendly and helpful even though they had their hands full because of the IT issue everyone affected in the middle of July. But the rooms definitely need an update. The bathroom didn’t look nice at all (rusty and all used up) and the carpet felt old and sticky. They also had a microwave in the lobby which needs a deep clean. “

Vielen Dank. “

„I don't like cockroaches in my rooms. They we're everywere in the bathroom one the vanity, in the kitchen sink, on the wall, in the bed. I changed the hotel after 4 days und spoke to the reception several times. Until today, I haven't received a response if I'll get back my money for the 6 days I didn't use the rooms. A response has been promised serveral times.“
