„Over rated hotel Bad Bed Staff are ok Nothing great Location is good“

„The staff disconnected the phone service, internet service, and did not supply towel and soap. They were never curteous towards me. They had rude behavior. They took lot of money for extending one night and did not supply towel, shampoo or soap even after requestion in person. They disconnected the room service intercom and the internet.“

„Needs improvement“

„für Idien gehobene Ausstattung für erschwinglichen Preis!!! :-)“

„Nice staff“

„Great stay. The room well conserved in a hotel located in the very city center. You can't avoid the street noise, but that's the pulse of Bangalore. Good attended but accomodation personal, without any issue. Recommended. “

I wish shampoo pouches were more as I have long hair. But overall nice experience being a woman solo traveler I felt safe there in hotel, mattress was comfortable I slept well. Price is also very moderate. ...

„Comfortable rooms. Polite staff. Breakfast begins really late at 7:45 so cannot eat before heading out. Restaurant is very good. Centrally located. “

„The only unique thing about this hotel is its 6 AM check-in, which is rare to find elsewhere. We checked in around 7:30 AM, assuming we could check out between 9:30 to 10 AM the next day since their listed check-out time was 11 AM. However, when I asked about the checkout timing, I was given vague responses like, "We will inform you." Later that night, they finally informed me that only a 24-hour stay was allowed. If I wanted to extend even by an hour, I had to pay an additional ₹1,000! This was ...
