"Sehr gute Lage direkt neben der Mall und der Strawberry Arena. Schönes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Kinder liebten das Hochbett. Koffer konnten sicher gelagert werden, da wir später abreisten. Frühstücksbüffet ist riesig und sehr fein."

"Frühstück ein Traum, die größte und auch vielfältigste Auswahl die ich bis jetzt in einem Hotel erlebt habe. Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig, Bad schon älter und deutlich abgewohnt. Waschbecken Risse. Duschamarturen müssten mal getauscht werden. Betten viel zu weich. Steckdosen am Bett teilweise kaputt. Lage sehr zentral. Ubahn fußläufig zu erreichen. Man merkt aber das es ein großes Hotel ist und dort auch einige Busreisen übernachten, dementsprechend voll ist es auch"

"Beautiful, classic hotel in a nice location. Great breakfast and a beautiful bar. Check in was a bit of a mess but on the third try it all worked out very well. The room was very cosy but a bit dated with a few broken features. Room service was fairly fast and nicely presented. A bit tricky to get trustable answers on gluten-free options but the food was good. The breakfast was very tasteful and well presented. The gluten free options were great. It was a bit tricky to get a good table but all fine after a bit of begging. The over all service was ok but was expecting a bit more attention in the bar and restaurant. The baggage service was friendly. They came on the second call. The spa is supposed to be very nice but since children were not welcome we did not try it this time. Over all a good stay but with some flaws here and there. "
