„This tiny cabin was exactly what we were looking for, and more. I don't know if I didn't look closely enough at the pictures but I was expecting to have to use headlamps and flashlights inside. Nope! Solar panels and LED bulbs inside worked perfectly. The wood stove pumped out a metric ton of heat and almost made it too warm at night in late January, but it was perfect. There was an ample supply of firewood as well. We cooked on the grill and boiled water on the stove for coffee. We did some ...

Was very easy to access trails, and also right off the main drag. Definitely bring warm socks though, the floors can be a tad bit cold. 10/10 will stay here again“

„Had a great time with my Sr. citizen snowmobiling friends and family. The hunters in the group greatly appreciated the wildlife mounts and hunting camp atmosphere. Access to the local trails from the front door was great and there was plenty of parking for our trucks and trailers. If you're coming in the winter, make sure your truck or car has 4-wheel drive.“

„We booked an extended stay a year in advance for the solar eclipse on April 8, 2024. Both the eclipse and property did not disappoint. Perfect for a couple. The steak was active from spring snow melt and run-off. Reasonably priced and well equipped kitchen. Having extra pantry items a plus. As a owner we also highly recommend.“

„We would stay here again. Modern styled, clean house with comfortable touches. Beds were extremely comfortable and plush. Kitchen was a pleasure to cook and bake in. Very large flat screen tv and cozy couch. Plenty of parking, large yard and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. IGA for groceries is a short distance North. A great stay!“

„We have stayed at the Elk Lodge multiple times and really enjoy it! The beautiful location is fantastic for snowmobiling, ice fishing, snowshoeing, etc. There is plenty of comfy seating and sleep space and the kitchen is fully outfitted. We can’t wait to come back next year. The owners are great.“
