„Horrible customer experience - after booking, the confirmation email“

„Unfortunately, our experience with City Pop got off to a very poor start. The check-in process was a nightmare. „The location, the staff, and the apartment are really nice, the balcony view is excellent! The room was huge, the kitchen and bathroom had everything you might need, and there was enough coffee for the 4-night stay.
