„The property is excellent. We had a problem accessing our unit with the code provided by the host. In the email from the host, the access code is part of the guest phone number; however, Expedia does not share the guest phone number with the host and no alternate code was provided. The front desk closes at 5pm and the phone number provided continuously goes to voicemail. Brooke was very welcoming and checked in to make sure all our needs were met. Many amenities that were lovely extras: pet dishes, bottled water, kitchen with all the tools you’ll need, well placed lighting, pampering items in the bathroom with a comfortable bath and shower. „The kitchen utensils need an upgrade. Preparing food was tricky with the knives. Kitchen scissors didn’t work.Bedding could also use an upgrade as could the mattresses as they are really firm…I appreciate that’s a personal preference though. There was just one extra blanket in the unit and the bedspreads were pretty thin for cooler temps.“
