Good location spacious rooms. Not the best condition rooms tho.

This is a brand-new building that's still being completed, and we felt so lucky to be able to stay here! The city views are absolutely incredible (you can see the Petronas Towers, Merdeka, Pavilions, and KLCC Park was right below us... it was perfect!), the rooms were spotless, and everything was beautifully decorated and furnished. There was 24-hour security, and the location was central to everything we wanted to do. We were so disappointed that we didn't have enough time to enjoy the infinity pool—the views were incredible! The property management team was excellent with communication and made our stay seamless. The condo had everything we could have asked for, and we can't wait to come back and stay again! Thank you!

Big Room, Great view over the City on the 43.floor, the Pool was amazing. And ecxellent Service from Shohedul.

The hotel lobby and upper deck/lounge area are nice...but the rooms are not. They are in need of some TLC....there is a lot of mildew in the shower and when the AC is on, a musty smell (which often implies mold in/near the air flow pipes). The rooms are spacious, but not well thought-out. There is no place to put your things (had to live out of the suitcase) and the 'Monkey Bars' though cute, have 2 hangers, 2 hooks, and a 3kg limit. The internet is ok, but not strong enough for video meetings (zoom, etc ..) The staff is nice and the the daily cleaning is good....but the rooms need some mildew remover, a fresh coat of paint, and a shelf or two.
