„Super nice staff. Apartment room was beautiful, clean and had plenty of room. Hotel restaurants had very good food. One had authentic Saudi cuisine by a Saudi born and raised chef. Location is in the diplomatic quarter which is ideal, safe and more walkable compared to being downtown. Perfect if you are active in the area. “

„Made a mistake and reserved the Ritz-Carlton in Riyadh instead of Jeddah. I arrived only 2 min later at the reception in Jeddah - they contacted the Riyadh hotel, but they showed zero support or flexibility. No cancellation possible. I asked if I could at least change the date and come another time - they also refused. I would have expected a more customer friendly approach from the Ritz-Carlton.“

„Friendly Hotel team, high quality material in the Lobby, the Restaurant and the Room. The offered buffet in the evening is nice, meat sometimes is already a little dry due to long time being served. Window did not offer any view at all (milk glass). Al in all the stay was comfortable, and I would recommend it.“
