„This property was clean but dated, although we did have an ant problem. If you're looking for a place to just crash after a long day in Moab or the National Parks, this place is perfectly fine. But if you're looking to hang out in a really nice, comfortable property, this isn't it. The picture in the listing doesn't really reflect what the property looks like today. „Perfect for a family! Roomy, great kitchen, ping pong, hot tub and the selling point- the garage for our bikes. Thanks for a comfortable and relaxing stay. “

„I found a blunt (marijuana) outside on the patio at the base of a post the second morning there. I also found a pair of men’s underwear in a cubby in the closet, at eye level, the second night there. The cleaners did not do a good job. The home itself was awesome. The deck overlooking the creek was amazing. The home had enough amenities if you wanted to cook and serve a meal you can do it easily, or you could just do what we did and walk a few short blocks to several great places for your meals. ...

„This was a great place to stay in Moab. Perfect basecamp for a week full of adventures. Conveniently located close to downtown with restaurants and brew pubs close by. We would definitely go back.“

„Very nice property. the only complaints would be the trash was not emptied prior to arrival and i wish the communication was a little better telling us you cannot keep your licensed street legal ATV's on sight in the community at all.( a little surprised since this town is very much about off-roading) Don at the storage lot down the road was very helpful making accommodations for us though. Other than that this place was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. “

„Had 11 ladies stay here for our annual spring mountain bike trip to Moab, and we had a great stay in the condo! It was plenty spacious enough for our large group, and very comfortable. It was great to have a garage to store our bikes, and the pool and hot tub were just across the street which was convenient. „We had everything we needed here. Kent, the host, was prompt in responding to all messages. My boys dirt bike, so having a garage with parking right in front was so convenient. Loved the large washer/dryer with space to hang dry clothes. There were plenty of dishes and utensils - enough so our family of four could have 2-3 meals before having to run it. Labeled light switches were extremely helpful. I saw lots of appliances, including a crock pot and blender. But, we only used the waffle iron ...

„Absolutely loved our stay here!! The house is clean, spacious, and comfortable and there’s plenty of room to store our bikes in the garage. Beds are comfy! Plenty of Adirondack chairs available to lounge and read in the morning sunlight or watch the bats at dusk. We loved our stay and will definitely return again in the future.“

„House was in a fantastic location, can't beat it. Easy access to everything that you need. Worked great for 6 of us traveling together, plenty of room. Would've liked more linen options. Four of us were sharing the main bathroom and there were only two wash cloths and barely enough towels. Only 4 pool/hot tub towels too, so if you have a big group keep that on mind. „This place was wonderful and meet all our needs. I thought this place was a no pet place but it definitely has had pets in it because the couch had animal fur all over it. The beds upstairs in the bunk room and additional room with the queen bed were not very comfortable. Super nice it was away from the main part of the city but close enough to get to places. Hot tub had way too much chlorine in it. But overall was a great place. Definitely would stay again here. “

„Wir nutzten einen gemütlich eingerichteten Airstream-Wagen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es gibt einen gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum mit Billardtisch zur freien Nurzung. Auch der Ausblick auf den Colorado ist super. Leider hat es Abends sehr viele Mücken, sodass man den Sitzplatz nicht nutzen kann. “

„My family and I loved this place, and the experience of sleeping in an RV was incredible. It's very spacious, clean, and has everything you need to spend a few amazing days with the family. It has a grill, gas, electricity, and a full kitchen, hot water in the shower. We'll be back in June.“

Great motel near Arches National Park

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, which boasts an excellent location just moments from the entrance to Arches National Park. The property offers a generous complimentary breakfast with a wide selection. However, the use of single-use cutlery contributes to unnecessary waste and detracts slightly from an otherwise positive experience. Guest rooms are spacious and well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds, a cozy reading chair, and a functional table—ideal for both relaxation and practicality. The heated pool was a highlight for our family, and the friendly, welcoming staff added greatly to the overall experience."
