„Mostly great but not friendly for short people. A stool or step ladder would help. Lower the bathroom mirror. With the steps, it is not friendly for someone with a walker. The host was responsive and helpful. Very clean. The back porch with a table was nice when in the shade. Sweetener and creamer for the coffee would be nice.“

„It is a very cute and simple place. It is an older house but very well maintained. A big yard gives you a buffer zone from the other houses. Very quiet neighborhood. Near the center of town. I hope to look forward to renting this home for my other visits to Grand Junction. Highly recommended.“

„A nice pet friendly place to stay. There is no fenced area so will have to use a leash since you are right on the highway. Close to town and easy access to explore the area. Bring earplugs as the coal trucks run the highway all night. Great communication with host.“
