„This is a very comfortable and modern stand alone apartment in a quiet location. It has a small walk-in closet and nice bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen (awesome cookware). There is a grassy common area shared with four other units, but there is no outdoor seating at this unit. The cooling system works GREAT, but it is kind of loud on the high setting, especially if trying to watch TV.
