Building works are currently underway on the neighbouring plot, which borders the external staircase leading to the property.
Whilst the works are in progress, traffic and access to the property may be occasionally disrupted, particularly due to the presence of site traffic lights.
This work may also cause noise disturbance and dust during the day.
We do not currently know the exact dates or times of the work, as these may vary depending on the progress of the project.

Osiris is situated on the 2nd floor (no lift); the flat is spacious and light, with a generous layout. It combines modern comfort with tasteful décor. Every detail has been carefully considered to provide you with a warm, functional and pleasant place to stay.

It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen with attractive crockery, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A 30 m² living room with a TV and sofas, and a dining table overlooking the Baie du Prieuré.
- An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen featuring: a Nespresso pod coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hobs…
- A bedroom with one king-size bed (180×200): hotel-standard bedding, storage space and a TV.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, double washbasins and a heated towel rail.
- A separate toilet
- The property is fitted with electric roller shutters

Outside:

- You can enjoy a balcony, accessible from the living room, which offers a splendid view of the mouth of the Rance and the Baie du Prieuré.
A private rooftop terrace is available on the third floor (access via external stairs) to enjoy sunny days and the magnificent view of the sea and the walled city of Saint-Malo. The rooftop terrace is equipped with two sun loungers and a round table with two chairs.

👉 Please note before booking: All rooms in the flat are on one level once inside. However, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as access requires climbing a stone staircase, followed by an external staircase of around ten steps. Access to the rooftop is also via a flight of around ten steps, which is steeper. We therefore recommend that you take these factors into account before booking.

If you choose to come by car, the accommodation does not have private parking. However, if spaces are available, you can park for free on the street where the accommodation is located, Avenue George V.
The town of Dinard offers parking passes. The nearest underground car park is the Maréchal Leclerc car park (a 500-metre walk).
