The Cocoonr Dinard agency is offering this charming 170m² flat for rent, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It is situated right in the centre of Dinard, just a few minutes’ walk from the square where the famous market is held.
L’Écrin du Homard Bleu is situated on the 4th floor of a secure residential block built in 2025. The flat has been fully fitted out and decorated by an interior designer. Every detail has been carefully considered to offer guests the highest level of comfort.

You’ll be charmed by its comfort, its brightness, its location, its fully equipped kitchen, and its furnishings and décor, all chosen with great care to create a warm atmosphere in every room of the flat.

On arrival, you will receive a personalised welcome from a service provider selected by the Cocoonr agency in Dinard. They will show you round the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys. The local agency will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.

N.B.: Construction work is currently taking place in neighbouring buildings. There may be some noise disturbance on weekdays during working hours.

- The location of L’Ecrin du Homard Bleu offers quick access to the main roads leading to must-see tourist attractions (the Rance Dam, Dinan, Saint-Malo, Cap Fréhel, as well as neighbouring villages such as Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Briac, Lancieux …)

Transport:

- Nearest airport: Rennes (80 kilometres)
- To get to Saint-Malo, we recommend taking the water taxis from the Bec à la Vallée jetty in Dinard.
