Enjoyable just sitting on the deck and enjoying the nature and peace. Would recommend a 4 wheel drive to get up and down Plott Balsam Road (though we did manage with a 2wd sedan). „This cabin was a comfortable & beautiful home away from home, and the owner was helpful with recommendations and so accommodating. It is centrally located to the Cataloochie Ski area (our kids had a blast, recommend to make reservations early) as well as Biltmore. We also enjoyed a short hike to see Soco Falls, and lunch at Butts on the Creek (DELICIOUS!). The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need to cook at home, and about 15 minutes from the grocercy store.“
