„We are in love with this cozy property! Picture this: rustic yet updated, a dream kitchen, fire places on both floors, a little play nook for the 3 year olds to play in, a huge table for us to eat together and play games, a creek, a huge porch, a quick drive into Nashville while also being able to retreat from the noise and soak in quality time. We were in heaven! Honestly better than we ever could've hoped. We will be booking again. “

„Stuart is amazing at communicating. The house is absolutely perfect. It feels like you are very remote but it’s actually very close to town. We had everything and more that we needed during our stay. The landscaping is perfect and the snowball bush brought back wonderful memories of my Aunt’s garden with one that I loved as a child. If we are in the area again, we will definitely book this house. “

„This house is great and more importantly the host is excellent and responds quickly. This house is just outside Leiper’s Fork, about a 5 -7 min drive. It’s about 15-20 min into Franklin proper to a bigger grocery store and additional resturants and shops. We had the opportunity to walk around Leipers Fork, but did not have a chance to eat at the 2 restaurants/bar. However, they were absolutely busy everyday they were open. „The space was perfect for our son's birthday. The pickle ball courts (yes, plural) were amazing! There were some fun surprises as well. You can play in the dark for a more cosmic experience. Everything you need is in the house. Literally, everything. Blake's communication was swift and direct. I would definitely visit this space again.“

„A thoroughly pleasant stay for a week. The 2 bedroom house is spacious and recently updated with beautiful views of the surrounding trees. House is well outfitted, we wanted for nothing and this is coming from a fellow vacation rental owner of many years (in San Diego). Furniture was comfortable, beds were great, huge TV's in all rooms and shopping was nearby. One of the better vacation rentals I have stayed in. We really enjoyed it.“
