„I kinda missed reading that the parking was at additional cost which was kind of a bummer considering the high prices per night. We didn’t have much choice in places to stay so this was the most adequate option. Though I’d say for what you pay the bathroom should have been way cleaner! Anyways if I’d have to go to Evansville ever again I guess I’d stay there “

„We had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet provided plenty of excellent choices. While we missed having a refrigerator and microwave in our room, the overall experience was still highly positive.“

„Free parking, staff was helpful and attentive, room was clean but rundown. The common areas of the hotel are terribly dirty and disgusting. The carpets all need removed and updated. Just not what we have experienced at other Bally properties. The casino is clean and carpets are newer and well maintained. The sports bar in the casino has great food and service. If you are going to gamble, I recommend this casino, but I would not stay at this hotel again.“

„We just needed a place to stay as we passed through. This was a great place! Very peaceful, rooms and lobby were super clean. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a while (including bacon which is getting rare!). I would definitely stay here again.“

„The elevator was out of service and our suite was only available on the third floor. We agreed to a regular room on the first floor with no offer of rebate. Generally speaking the cleanliness of the property was suspect. Twice cleaning supplies were left on our room and the bathroom floor smelled of foul mop water. We switched one night to a different hotel and had to get Expedia involved to get a refund from the hotel.“

„The staff were very polite. The amenities are exceptional! Especially the dinners each night. That helped our families as a softball team tremendously. It was very nice to not have to leave the property after being at the ball field all day.“

„The room itself was clean. The pool was not at all. It was gross. The hotel is close to a highway and the noise level is very high. If I were to stay again I would request a room on the parking lot side of the hotel. And I wouldn't bring my swimsuit. Seriously, gross.“

„The morning staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady at the desk helped me find an ice machine. A nice gentleman and I chatted about my love for the cinnamon rolls you can only find at their hotels. And the breakfast attendant kept everything clean, and even packed up an extra cinnamon roll for us to take along. We left there ready for a good day.“

„The night of our stay our flight was delayed. When we called the hotel (several times with updates) the front desk attendants were helpful and kind. Finally, after arriving late into the night, we were greeted warmly by name. The entire property was clean, modern, and fresh. Breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fair. We left feeling energized even, despite the weather delayed flight, causing a little less sleep than hoped for.“

„Hello, The Breakfast is nothing to write home about. VERY Generic basic offers. We stayed 3 nights and only ate breakfast once there because it was so Generic. Room was nice , The have nothing interesting on the TV Guide, but you really don’t need to be in front of the TV, we like to wind down at bedtime watching something good and didn’t really have that. No plastic utensils or any kind for Coffee“
