„The room was excellent. Had everything I needed. Only thing I would add is an additional plug socket to the room. Melani was phenomenal from the start and throughout, she went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was made fresh every morning and Melani checked what I wanted and even accommodated things like getting low fat options, which she didn’t need to do. The star of this hotel besides the staff is the view from the balcony! Looking out onto Ella was lovely, ...

„This is the place to stay if you come to Ella. It could not have been more perfect. You wake up to stunning views of the mountains and the most delicious homemade traditional breakfast. You can walk straight from the home to town or to hikes and popular sights. It keeps you out of the hustle and bustle of the street so you can really enjoy your stay. 11/10, loved my stay here. If I come back to Ella, I would love to stay again!“

„I loved this hotel it's so good, cheap, comfortable rooms I got the one with balcony and it was amazing i even could see the sunrise in the morning. The staff is amazing and supportive I got everyday bottles of water and good breakfast and even tuk tuk to go everywhere. It's very quiet around and a great walk from the hotel to the main road.“

„Service, Lage, Anlage.

„Clean room, friendly staff, helpful and accommodating. Had the best stay there for my birthday “

„Tranquility and friendly staff“

„Great hotel, great service. Other reviews mention good food but to me it was just okay. I got the cheapest room and it was perfect I can’t imagine how the other rooms are. Only negative is we didn’t have a mini fridge .“

„I had a great experience staying at Helly. Staff was so so friendly and able to help with me with all my needs. Worth staying.“

„We arrived and wanted to upgrade to a room with hot jacuzzi. We paid the extra amount and got that room. Unfortunately, there was not enough warm water and so the jacuzzi bath tub was not usable. We did not get back the money after asking it. The rooms and location is nice. If the hotel was better organized, it could be a nice place to relax“
