„My Stay at the ark was fantastic, Had an issue with the TV not having channels and the receptionist had a maintenance man there within the hour. Rooms are fantastic AC was quiet :) and parking lot right outside the building. Will definetly be a return customer. Check in was also seemless got a message with codes for front door and room key lockbox if arriving after hours.“

„Friendly and courteous hosts, great food and excellent service “

„The location of the hotel provided a fabulous view of Kastoria, the lake and the surrounding mountains from thebalcony. You just have to be very careful navigating the winding road, especially at night. The staff were very welcoming friendly and accommodating with my needs. The room was also clean, and spacious. The breakfast included in the room price was a k so extensive and a very nice way to start the day. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. I will definitely stay there again when ...

The breakfast had cold boiled eggs from the day before and spam instead of bacon. The premium standard is definitely not met by this resort. The staff is very unfriendly and smokes on the balcony instead of tending to customers. On the second night, at 3 am!! a pipe bursted from under the sink in the bathroom, water got all over the room including 3 other neighbor rooms. ...

„Very nicely and with a lot of taste renovated house, very clean. Lovingly managed hotel.“
