There are three additional bedrooms: a pyramid bunk bed and twin bed, two twin beds, and a queen bed. There are two full-hall bathrooms with tubs. A screened-in porch with slight ocean views is ideal for a crab feast, morning coffee, or evening cocktails.
LOCATION: OCEAN BLOCK! Just steps to the beach and downtown Dewey Beach. Perfect location!
PARKING: Off-street parking for two cars. Parking permits can be purchased at the city parking department for additional parking.
AMENITIES: Central HVAC, full washer & dryer, screened-in porch, and outdoor shower.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel There is an elevator and steps to access the unit. However, the condo is one level. Linens are not supplied, but we do offer a linen rental package. Grilling is permitted in front of the building, but you must bring your grill. There is no smoking on the property and no pets! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
