„My sister and I really loved this rental. It was in a beautiful , quiet area with lovely views of the Red Rocks . The house is nicely updated and very clean . The outside areas were lovely to sit in and enjoy the mornings and afternoons . The rock patio off the kitchen was like the garden fairies joined you …So cool … The mattresses on these beds are the best I’ve ever slept on ( my sister agreed also ) .it was close to everything in and around Sedona . The only thing that did not work out for ...

„Property was clean. 1 bed had a broken box spring causing a sagging mattress but other bed was fine. The dryer had a tendency to auto-shut off mid cycle. Was still able to eventually dry clothes though. Owner did not respond to messages I sent through VRBO app. Overall good quality for the price.“

The only suggestion from our group is to upgrade the outdoor furniture to composite Adirondack chairs for improved comfort and durability.“

„This property was all VRBO advertised. We were so pleased! My kids did not want to leave. We were able to spread out comfortably and enjoy the views from the many porches. The kids spent hours in the pool. It was such a great refuge from the heat of Arizona in June, but we still felt productive on our vacation because of the scenery all around. I have already recommended to friends! Thanks so much for the awesome memories!“

„The house was tucked away in a neighborhood in West Sedona with a beautiful view of the rocks. Several excellent hiking trails were just a few minutes away! We loved being out of the hubbub of Uptown but an easy drive in. Pete and Theresa were excellent hosts and communicators, and the house was very well appointed for guests! Would absolutely stay again!“

„We loved our stay at the Roadrunner in west Sedona . The house was very clean and well stocked. Updated kitchen was beautiful, dining and living spaces were perfect. Bedrooms were so comfortable with a lot of space. Amazing lighting from all the windows. Outdoor space was open with views of red rocks, lots of seating areas, very calming backyard, hot tub was relaxing. A short walk from house lead to several beautiful trails. We hope to stay again. “
