„Very beautiful hotel near Munnar. We had a very warm welcome and the room was magnificent (rose petals on the bed). The view on the hills was also very unique. Staff was very friendly and arranged a trip to the tea museum for us. The driver waited for the entire time of our visit. The served food was either continental, indian or chinese. All of it was very delicious. Over all the hotel was truely amazing. An one of a kind experience. Kind regards from Germany“

„Beautiful place and good condition. Noise cancelling was not true, we could hear the hallway, the community room above us and the neighbours pretty loudly. Staff often didnt speak english or misunderstood us frequently, but they were all friendly. A lot of families were there with children, i imagined it as an adult oriented resort, but if you have kids, probably this is also a good place for you. “

„This property was extremely clean. You were greeted with the Hindi red dot on your forehead. the property has a gym, spa, restaurant, rooftop pool, helipad, and rooms with balconies that showcase the beautiful views of Munnar. The only downfall was the breakfast for me - it was cold and not the best. The fresh juice was great! but i would not recommend having breakfast here. Munnar itself has so much to do and see so the options around are endless. The staff was very friendly, spoke good English ...
