„Maintenence of property was poor! The heated pool was cold and hot tub was barely warm! The laundry facilities were functional.“

„Host failed to notify me that the property was not inhabitable until I called at check in time. According to him the was a water main break a few days before my reservation. He was hoping to have it all cleared up for my stay. Hoever, it must have been clear to him by the morning of my stay (at the very latest) that this was impossible.
