The kitchen is fully stocked with all items necessary for food preparation. The primary bedroom, with its own bathroom, is on the main floor as well as an oversized laundry room. There is another half bathroom off the living room. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and another large living space that has a queen size sofa bed. The home is close to everything in Detroit. It sits across from the Community Center and City Park making it a great location for events that are held there. It takes less than 5 min to walk to the lake, grocery store, or food trucks! Please note that it is located in an area that is rebuilding and so there is frequently construction noise.

Note: Detroit Lake is a reservoir, and the water level is controlled by the Army Corp of Engineers. The lake is typically full May through August and draws down in the fall and winter. This varies year to year. If you’re looking to launch a boat, check on the lake level ahead of time!
