This property was very nice. The wrap around deck was the perfect place for morning coffee and evening conversation. The sofa was exceptionally comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The walk to the beach was a short one, simply through a parking lot since the condo is on the beach side. We were only here for three nights, but it was a positive experience. We were able to walk to a Dunkin Donuts for an iced coffee and a pancake house is also very close by, but other than that, there were very few people walking on this very busy road. You will want a car to get around in. Usually, we see people riding bicycles at the beach, but did not witness a single one here. This area has a faster paced vibe. Our only complaint involved the checking in process. It was lengthy. First, we had to take credentials to a building several miles away. Next, we drove to our particular community and went to another high rise to provide credentials again. Thirdly, we had to call a phone number which was emailed to us to get the door code. On our second day, the code stopped working and the nice lady on the phone couldn’t get it working, saying it shouldn’t change, so we left for the day without our items which were locked in the condo. We returned in the evening and the lady got it to work. The same thing happened with the gate code, trapping families on the beach while they reset it.This owner provided a lovely home and we are thankful, but check-in and codes need some tweaks.
