Select some complimentary DVD rentals and swing by the gift shop for T-shirts, sunglasses, beach apparel, and mementos.  With over 3,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, keep SunDestin in mind for hosting large events, like weddings, family reunions, and business meetings. SunDestin Unit 1611 is a charming one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Relax in the cozy living room, on the balcony in the open air, or at the dining table with seating for four. No matter your location in the open concept living/dining area, enjoy beautiful views directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Prepare meals or snacks for the beach in the fully appointed kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space. When it’s time to retire, snuggle up in the living room on the queen sleeper sofa with flat-screen TV or in the master suite with a king-sized bed and flat-screen TV.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
