Unwind in the master bedroom, complete with a comfortable king-size bed and a flat screen TV, and your own private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with twin/twin bunk beds and a flat screen TV, perfect for additional guests or family members.

Prepare meals in the fully renovated kitchen, adorned with a spacious quartz countertops with a breakfast bar and modern stainless steel appliances. The breakfast bar features 4 barstools, inviting guests to gather and enjoy casual conversations over a meal or a refreshing drink.

Great location

Overall, wonderful stay! Very clean condo and great property management. We loved the location on the beach and how well maintained the amenities were! Pros ⁃ Property management communication and service was excellent. ⁃ All amenities were very clean, well kept and perfectly organized. (The pool area and the beach chair set up) ⁃ Parking space was covered ⁃ Great views from the top floor! ⁃ short walking distance to The Back Porch, so fun! ⁃ Great location, close to everything you need such as restaurants, grocery and shopping! Cons ⁃ Road noise was pretty horrible. The bedrooms are on the street side and with ear plugs and a sound machine, you can’t escape the noise. ⁃ Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Be prepared to sleep on what felt like concrete. Also, the guest room/bunkbeds should only be for kids, it was like sleeping in a closet. ⁃ No access to water or ice in refrigerator. Maintenance responded quickly, got us bags of ice for the inconvenience and tried to resolve the problem efficiently but was unable to do so. Be prepared to bring laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap and extra paper towels/toilet paper.

Cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was immaculate when we arrived. Plenty of towels, dishes, and cookware. Very well decorated and we felt at home during our stay. Awesome view from the balcony!! Gibson Rentals is wonderful. We will surely stay here again!

We love staying on the beach- love watching the dolphin from the deck! Wish the deck chairs were more comfortable. Beach was beautiful but way too many rules!

Beautiful place- don’t care for the private beach set up rules

Things we liked - location of condo - gorgeous updated condo - never waited in a single elevator - lots of luggage carts - not over populated - did not hear lots of noise except for road noise at night. - smart tvs Did not care for - the patio furniture was not comfortable. No table to set a drink. Good quality set, just not comfortable for more than a few minutes. - no personal umbrellas allowed - not able to use personal chair down by the water. All personal chairs had to be behind ‘beach set up’ chairs and the bc ‘beach set up’ chairs took up the entire front of the waterline. - pushes you into using beach service which is 35 dollars a day for an unbrella only. Or 45 a day with umbrella for two chairs and umbrella. 5 day trip for a family of 4 (over $200 dollars) - strict rules about wrists bands although I understand why - pay to park $10 - pay for wristbands - $40 (4 people)

Perfect location and perfect condo

Up to date, clean, and spacious. Very close to grocery stores, dining, shopping, etc. Make sure to bring your own spices/seasonings, extra paper towels and maybe some hand soap for the kitchen. Depending on the length of your stay bring detergent for laundry. Plenty of cookware, plates/bowls and utensils. Very nice and quiet condominium building.

The entrance to the condo faces a traffic light and both bedrooms face that traffic light. With vehicles taking off from there, you can never sleep through the night.
