When you enter the condo, the spacious kitchen is located on your left with a giant island located in the middle of the kitchen. The kitchen features all the pots, pans, and dishes needed to cook any family favorite recipe. To the right of the kitchen is the unit washer and dryer, a necessity when vacationing with children. Past the kitchen is the dining area that seats 4 and you can see the white sand while enjoying your meal. The comfortable couch offers seating to enjoy your favorite movie and converts to a Queen bed. The Master bedroom features a King size bed and large flat screen TV. The adjoining master bathroom has a large shower and private vanity area. The guest bedroom offers a Queen size bed. A dog under 35 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.
