We checked out early to find better (without refund) because we had enough of the property. The first morning we were there, we had issues with the property (unit cleanliness and accessing the property amenities) reached out to management right away, they were always very responsive before check in, during check in, but when we had issues they made sure to never respond, I asked for management, I asked for a phone call, or any type of response, and they disregarded me and any problems we had just never responded at all until after our stay was over then they gave me a 66 refund for my condo cleanliness troubles and checking out 2 days early and for not responding while we stayed there. The beach is closed off on both sides for other condos, so you can only access the beach directly in front of the condo, they fill the beach as full as possible with lounge chairs and on our first day there they said all chairs were spoken for and we couldn't purchase one. (Of probably over 100 chairs), this was on a random Wednesday. So we couldn't access our beach, the pool and coffee shop don't open until 9 or 10, the condo didn't feel clean, floors were sticky and bed was sandy when we arrived, small problems if you're having fun on the beach but not being able to even access the beach or pool before the sun got hot just made this property not enjoyable at all. Front desk and bar help was not service friendly during our stay. Left early, no refund, do not recommend.
