Guests will enter into a common area shared by 201A and 201B. Recently renovated from floor to ceiling with BRAND NEW furniture, new mattresses, and TVs, there has been no detail left undone. Located on the ground floor, there is no need to take an elevator to get to the unit to unload, groceries or unpack. You can park and unload right outside the door, then permanently park your vehicle in the garage below. The building also includes a pool, fitness center and delicious onsite restaurant, Stacy's on The Beach, so you can grab take-out and a margarita on your way to the beach.


201A is straight out of a home and living magazine. Walking into the unit, guests are greeted by a larger and equally spectacular kitchen with clean crisp countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There is a dining area that seats eight at the main table, with eight barstools surrounding the kitchen, allowing the entire group to dine together. The dining area looks into the large living space with a plush sleeper-sofa and chairs, plus a 75” flat-screen TV. The living room leads to the corner balcony that has four dining chairs and four Adirondack chairs, perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail.
