Please be aware that the Emerald Grande complex is currently undergoing an exterior restoration project, mainly affecting the West Tower and complex amenities. Occupants may experience workers outside their units and excessive noise during business hours, depending on the location of the work and unit. Access to the pool deck will remain available through the Northeast entrance located closest to the indoor pool, as well as the entrances located at the South ends of the Grande View hallways. The outdoor bar will also be closed while work is ongoing on the amenities building. The outdoor pool and hot tubs will remain open; however, portions of the pool deck will be closed due to construction and scaffolding. Additionally, the balcony of this unit may not be usable during portions of this timeframe until work is completed in May 2027. In light of these temporary inconveniences, we have adjusted our rates to offer you the best value during this period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.***

Destin is known as “The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village”, with the largest charter fleet in the country, you can catch tonight’s dinner.
