Situated on the first floor, simply step through the sliding glass doors onto the furnished patio and there your Destin beach adventure awaits. Or, go any direction out the front door to discover dozens of shops and restaurants…it’s all so close!

A rare opportunity to be so near to the water, Crystal Sands 103A is incredibly welcoming... a deep appreciation for tropical coastlines like Destin is evident in the calming beach decor. Designed for those with limited mobility in mind, wide doorways, clean tile floors and a wheelchair accessible shower with three shower heads allows this beachfront condo to be enjoyed by all. Plus, a fully stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer and upgraded finishings will make you feel just as comfy as a hermit crab in its shell.

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.


Crystal Sands is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking, vapes, smokeless cigarettes, and e-cigarettes are not permitted in the condo, on the grounds, balconies, patios, parking lots, or the beach.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
