All resort amenities are available to you during your stay. Included with your rental: use of the pool, gym and Beach Services (water taxi to the beach, beach chairs & umbrellas). Guests receive on site property charging privileges for room service, food and beverage service at the pool and beach along with access to the business center. Guests may also access the on site luxury spa!

- Bodily fluids of any kind on mattresses, furniture,
carpet, etc that result in additional cleaning.
-Damaged decor and furnishings.
-Excessive trash removal.

*No smoking in unit or on balcony. A charge of up to $500 may result if any indication of smoke is found in unit.
