Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be at least 25 years of age to check in and occupy the unit. For groups with guests under 25, there must be at least one (1) registered guest age 25 or older for every two (2) guests under the age of 25.
The qualifying guest(s) must be present for the duration of the stay and are responsible for the conduct of all occupants.
