CUSTOM KITCHEN
You'll enjoy making your favorite meals in this renovated custom kitchen featuring coastal cabinets, quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. It offers plenty of prep and storage space, including an island. You'll find most everything you'll need here including pots, pans, dishes, glasses and silverware, as well as a drip coffee maker, blender and toaster.

KING BEDROOM #1 – with Private Ensuite
This spacious master bedroom has a comfortable KING BED, nightstands with lamps and a big Smart TV. There are double closets and a large dresser, so you can settle in and make yourself at home.

En-Suite Bathroom #1
This private en-suite bathroom is accessed from the King Master Bedroom and features a double vanity with extra storage, commode and a custom walk-in tile shower.

KING BEDROOM #2
This comfortable bedroom has an inviting KING BED, 2 nightstands with lamps, a dresser and double closets. There is an accent chair and a Smart TV included in this room as well.

BEDROOM #3 - Double Bunk Room
Children or teens will love this space with two twin-over-full bunks -- that's sleeping space for up to 6 children. There is a closet and dresser for storing clothes and toys, as well as a Smart TV too.

Hallway Bathroom #2
The beautifully updated hallway bath is shared by King Bedroom #2 and Bunk Room guests. It features a large double vanity, commode, and custom tile tub/shower with glass doors.

POOL & OUTDOOR AREA
The beautiful private pool is surrounded by wood decking, giving you plenty of space to enjoy the Destin sunshine. The pool can be heated in cooler months for an additional fee. You can relax in the lounge chairs in the sun or enjoy meals or drinks at the dining table which seats 6 on the covered patio overlooking the pool. For outdoor cooking, you'll find a gas grill. And for your children's safety, there are alarms on the doors leading to the pool from the main house.
For even more outdoor fun, you can challenge each other to a game of Bocce on the private, custom court. It's an easy game for all ages - we provide the rules, in case you're unfamiliar.

PERFECT BEACH LOCATION
The Shores at Crystal Beach public beach access point is just a short walk to the end of the block. This access point (right across from Camille's) has a pavilion, picnic tables, public restrooms, showers and limited parking. We provide a beach cart with beach chairs and umbrella, so you can roll your gear to the beach with ease.
This home is in the heart of Crystal Beach, a quiet, walkable neighborhood with white picket fences and easy access to shopping, restaurants and activities in Destin. Destin Commons, a beautiful upscale shopping and entertainment center, is less than a half mile away. It features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Bass Pro Shop, World of Beer, Uncle Buck's Fishbowl & Grill, AMC Theater with IMAX and much more. Local favorite, Camille's, is just down the street, and The Crab Trap is about a mile east. You can bicycle, scooter, Jet ski and go parasailing all within walking distance. The Silver Sands Outlet mall is not far for those who enjoy “retail therapy”!

🏡 House Rules for Blue Mind
Rental Agreement and Security Verification: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
Occupancy: Max 10 guests allowed.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home or near doors and windows.
Parking: Park up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. No parking on grass, sidewalk, or street.
Pool Safety: Swim at your own risk. No glass in or near the pool. Pool heat available for an extra fee.
Towels & Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Please place used towels in the bathrooms before checkout.
Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash properly in outdoor bins before departure.
Outdoor Gear: Clean the gas grill after use and return beach gear to the home after beach trips.
Bocce Court: Have fun and play responsibly on the private court.
Departure: Turn off all lights, TVs, appliances, and securely lock doors and windows when leaving.
