Don't worry about bringing in a little sand from the beach as the entire unit features diagonally laid porcelain tile and it sweeps up with ease. The bathroom vanities are all comfort height with granite countertops and equipped with lighted magnifying makeup mirrors and hair dryers. The laundry area has been relocated and includes a full size front loading washer and dryer (uses HE detergent only, please).
