This home is currently 9 bedrooms and 6 baths surrounded by palm trees and desert landscape with a sparkling pool and cascading waterfall, spa, firepit, built in outdoor BBQ space, outdoor dining, sun loungers and a new addition of a pickleball court!

This home is located in the heart of the beautiful Sky Valley Desert just a few minutes from the Coachella Valley Preserve. A perfect place to relax as it is a quieter community with no traffic noise or other disturbances, serenity of the mountains, natural desert scapes and at night sky filled with stars. Yes, star gazing is great from this property. Get your family or friends together and come to decompress and find peace and happiness here in the desert. We offer pool floaties, corn hole, indoor board games, billiards etc. If yoga mats required, inquire with us prior. Garage is not accessible at this time. Also, please let us know if you need anything else to make your stay splendid.

As our guests, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbours and the community by adhering to Riverside County code noise regulations. The entire county of Riverside requires outside noise be kept to a minimum. Music is allowed outdoors at cellular/laptop level before 10pm. 10pm-8am Is quiet hours. No music/ minimal activity, not creating noise. Regulations state amplified speaker music is not allowed, and outside noise is not to exceed 45 decibels during quiet hours, and 55 decibels during the day, contained within the property.

We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community in order to offer these amazing vacation properties to our guests, so we appreciate you following these rules during your stay.



POOL|SPA:

Pool: $125/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)

Spa only: $40/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.

Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.



**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.

This property gets weekly pool service by Mario on Tuesdays and Fridays.

PETS:

Pets are allowed, as we are pet lovers ourselves. A $200 pet deposit is required, $50 goes towards the pet`s stay, and if no mess is left behind, $150 is refunded to your credit card on file. Please let us know you are bringing a pet/pets in advance.



EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:

If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75 and late check-out fee is $75. It is only granted upon availability which is confirmed prior to the payment request. Payment request have to be made upon confirmation of the availability or else the request to housekeeping team will not be submitted. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out





CHECKOUT DUTIES: when possible, if you could start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash area and start a load in dishwasher. It is the request asked by my cleaning team and they appreciate it immensely. With CDC new guidelines, which we follow, they have a lot more duties to complete, this helps them to be timely for everyone. Thank you so much!

CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:

Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide a pack and play and a high chair, complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour advanced notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

This home is remote, but we are connected with local transportation companies and are happy to share the information. Uber, Lyft, and taxis do service the areas, but if not available, we have further local businesses***

PLEASE NOTE: The desert can become extremely windy. Please closes umbrellas to avoid damage when not in use and overnight. Thank you, kindly.



If you are interested in pool heat, please let us know and submit payment at least 24 hours in advance, as it takes time to heat.

SWIMMING POOL WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL

CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK (`Waiver &

In utilizing the swimming pool amenities (`pool`), you

Will be expressly assuming the risk, legal liability, waiver,

And release of all claims for injuries, damages, loss or

Death which you, your family members, guests, invitees

And licensees (collectively, `Pool Area Users`) might

Sustain as a result of utilizing any and all amenities

Connected with and associated with the pool.

I and the Pool Area Users agree to abide with the rules of

The pool (`Pool Rules`). I Understand that landlord, its

Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and

Representatives (collectively, `landlord`) retain the right

To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person

to comply with the Pool rules.

WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS

INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE:

PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH.

I. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In exchange for the landlord allowing me to voluntarily

Utilize the pool, I understand and agree to:

ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of,

Associated with or related to my and the Pool Area Users`

Use of the pool, even though such risks may have been

Caused by the negligence of the Landlord;

BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR

DAMAGE which I and the Pool Area Users may sustain

while using the pool, even though such injury, damage,

loss or death may have been caused by the negligence of

the Landlord;

INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Landlord from any

And all claims, demands, actions, liability or costs,

Including attorneys` fees, which might arise out of my or

The Pool Area Users` use of the pool, even though such

Claims, demands, actions and costs may have been

Caused by the negligence of the Landlord.

a) has the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and

forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of

action that I may have or have had, whether past,

present or future, whether known or unknown, and,

whether anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising

out of my or the Pool Users` use of the pool;

b) constitutes a complete release, discharge and waiver

of any and all actions or causes of action against

Landlord;

c) applies to personal injury, property damage, or

wrongful death which I and the Pool Area Users may

suffer, even if caused by the negligent acts or

omissions of others;

d) is an affirmative representation that I am assuming

full responsibility for any and all risk of death or

or personal injury or property damage suffered by me

and the Pool Users while utilizing the pool; and

e) is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal

representatives, my assigns, my children and any

Guardian ad litem for said children.

I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this

Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and

language in it. I further understand that this waiver &

Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and

Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i

agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder

of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force

and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal

proceedings shall be in the county of Los Angeles, State

of California.

I have read and fully understand the above important

information, the potential dangers incidental to using

the pool, the warning of risks, assumption of risk and

Waiver & Release of all claims, and I voluntarily choose

to use the Pool.
