This comfortable house provides tons of room for you, your family and friends with tons of amenities to make your stay fantastic.
The top level has two twin bunk bedrooms each with a trundle bed and closet and storage space and a shared 3/4 bathroom.
The main level has a spacious living room with a TV which has streaming availability and a dedicated work space. There is also a children's gate that can be placed on. the stairs for extra safety as needed. The 1st bedroom is a king bedroom with a dedicated work space and the second bedroom is a queen bedroom. There is a shared full bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to spend a cozy night in cooking your favorite meals and has a complimentary coffee station.
The lower level is where the fun starts. There is a gym equipped with a treadmill, rowing machine, yoga station and much more. For lots of fun and excitement check out the game room with a foosball table, TV with streaming availability and over 500 old school arcade games, NES games and more. There is also onsite laundry.
The outdoor area and backyard has a enough space for all your outdoor activities including bags and ladder golf which is provided , a two car garage and plenty of parking in the driveway.
Worried about Iowa winters, we provide driveway snow removal within 24 hours of heavy snowfall. In the spring and summer months mowing services will be provided for long term visitors to keep the yard fresh and available for all your outdoor activities.

Simon's: a great local bistro for America/Italian food. Great for a beautiful dinner out but make reservations.
El Michoacano Taqueria: The most authentic Mexican food in Des Moines. This is a our favorite for a quick lunch.
The Dam Pub: Great spot for gastro pub food and an excellent weekend brunch choice.

Merle Hay Mall: Love yo shop this mall has it all. From clothes to art and crafts you could pick up anything you need here.
Flix brew house: Looking to catch a move while you're in town well look no further. Flix has comfortable chairs, great movies, and a wide range of in-house brewed beer, themed cocktails and cocktails.
