„In town for a few days hunting with friends. Place was nice and owner was nice. Had trouble with the door lock code a few times. Almost had reservation cancelled because the owner could “hear animals” which was actually us getting our turkey calls out for the following day. Very clean house and quiet neighborhood. Felt weird that the owner was in some sort of a hidden apt. though. “

„Parking stinks in Newburyport but you can’t beat the location of this studio apartment. A yapping dog in a neighboring room seemed to be quickly handled by the property owner which we appreciated. Make sure you understand parking restrictions/time limits of the parking beforehand. A great place to explore from and go back to at the end of the night but not necessarily a comfortable room to retreat to on a getaway. “

„Mary was extremely informative in any questions we had regarding our stay. She was quick to respond. While the property is older New England, my The inside of it was very comfortable and clean. The stairs may be an issue for anyone who may have handicap disability. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room and more importantly the sunporch that faces their Merrimack river in the back was a delight. We will rebook with her for future visits. “

„The home was immaculate. Beds were comfortable. The thoughtful host had a welcome basket of coffee, tea and snacks that were much appreciated. We spent our days in nearby historic Lexington and Concord which was an easy drive. Definitely would recommended. “

„The pictures do not do this beautiful setting justice! We were expecting something much smaller than what we presented with when we arrived. The hosts are unbelievably accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and were quickly on site if we had any questions. My only regret is that we didn't have enough time to spend on the property. If we are back in the area next year, we will definitely be trying to book here again!! Thank you for such an amazing experience! “

„Our family enjoyed a festive holiday stay in Newburyport this Christmas. It was such a pleasant surprise when we arrived and the entire house was decorated for the season. We enjoyed the location so close to town and loved having a Kuerig and Nespresso for morning coffee. All the beds were very comfortable.
