„Please stay away from this property! They take your damage deposit and then claim you’ve damaged something in their apartment (which there’s many things wrong) then they’ll say you did it, and not refund your money. You speak to woman in some other country with roosters crowing and other load noises going on. Plus they don’t know much English, except for I’m sorry and will get back with you. After 6 weeks of trying to explain this, I got frustrated and told them to keep my $212!! Rip off artists ...

"Hyatt Place gehört zu meinen Lieblingsketten in den USA. Eigentlich immer gut und so auch hier mit einer Ausnahme… das Frühstück war eine absolute Katastrophe. So kenne ich das nicht von Hyatt Place und das Management sollte hier wirklich nachschulen. Personal ist komplett überfordert: keine Teller, keine Bagels, alles unordentlich und nicht sauber. Teilweise war fast gar nichts zu essen da. Rest vom Hotel inklusive Lage und Pool ist super."
