After a full day of exploring the beautiful landscape, return to home base, and cozy up next to the fire with a warm cup of tea in hand. Evenings will have that nostalgic feel as smells of a homecooked meal waft in from the fully equipped kitchen. Not to mention, the flatscreen TV and free WiFi will allow everyone to be entertained and stay up to date with friends back at home. Perched less than a mile from the heart of Depoe Bay, this adorable getaway will be the perfect jumping-off point for a well-spent coastal vacation. This home has incredible whale-watching possibilities, and you're oceanside in the whale watching capital of the world! Before heading to the beach, grab a coffee from Pirate Coffee Company right outside and enjoy the fog along the coastline. Walk over to the Depoe Bay Scenic Park and you will immediately be blown away by the outstanding views and raw nature that the Oregon Coast is known for. While in town, don't hesitate to try out some of the local restaurants that line the North Coast Highway, as the seafood is some of the freshest you can find.

The unit was pleasant with fabulous location and views. Comfy beds. The Schlage front door lock was very tricky to open (or close) on the first try. The TV was very challenging to operate and kept freezing up.Well, we are old people from a rural area and somewhat technologically challenged. We would probably stay here again.

The view is amazing. The main room is comfortable. Unfortunately the second room with the trundle bed was not comfortable and hard to sleep on. The main bathrooms stopper did not work in the tub. Aside from that it was a wonderful experience and beautiful accommodations.

Beautiful place, the views were amazing. Host was very responsive and ready to assist. Was surprised by a little beach mouse visitor in the morning near the kitchen but no trace of any activity so very clean place!

We had a lovely time. The weather was unseasonably warm and still! The view was amazing, well worth the money!We would have like to have a can opener in the kitchen :) The TV is not available unless you have or want to sign up for services. Not even regular tv so that was a little disappointing. Nonetheless we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful view, beautiful home

We loved this place, and we would stay here again in the future. The location is perfect, the views are stunning and we had a fantastic time. My only suggestion would be to maybe add a baby gate for the upstairs for future renters. It’s not a necessity but it would have been helpful for us with a busy 1 year old trying to throw himself down the stairs every chance he got. Again, doesn’t change how wonderful this place is, just would be a nice option!

Thrilled from the front doorway, throughout. Home was as nice, and better than the photos and listing description. The view was outstanding; overlooked a little cove, into the open bay. Quiet, listened to the waves all night. Within walking distance of everything i. Town, plus the harbor. Definitely on the will stsy again list!

Nice place, stellar location

Location, location, location. How about waking up with a few of waves crashing into the cliffs of Depoe Bay? This a nice place in an amazing spot, walkable into town for food and drinks. Would definitely stay here again. My only nag is that checkout was a tad early compared to most hotels and other rentals.

2nd Stay

This was our second stay at this property. The location is great, just at the north end of Depoe Bay, super close to a coffee shop and within walking distance of all the tourist shops. The view of the ocean is great, you can easily see the spouting horns from the living room and master bedroom. We were a bit disappointed to find that the owners had changed the bed in the second bedroom from a queen size to a full sized trundle bed, it was a bit cramped for 2 adults but it would work fine for kiddos. The kitchen is on the small side but well equipped if you’re planning on preparing food for yourself. Overall this is a great house and we will definitely be back again!
