Set on the banks of the Blue River, our spacious home offers a large yard for kids and pets, yard games, and a private country setting. The spacious deck overlooking the river is a guest favorite, the perfect spot to relax with coffee or drinks while enjoying river views. Inside is an open layout, cozy seating, and a fully stocked kitchen. Nearby, enjoy kayaking, hiking, and local dining, or unwind by the fire pit.

The home offers three comfortable bedrooms: a king, queen, and two twin beds, perfect for families or small groups. The open-concept living area includes a large sectional for relaxing, a dining table for group meals or board games, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Step outside to the spacious deck overlooking the Blue River, ideal for unwinding with morning coffee or evening drinks. The large yard is perfect for outdoor games, kids, and pets, plus there's a fire pit for cozy evenings.

Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the entire house and outdoor spaces, including all three bedrooms, the spacious deck overlooking the river, the large yard, and the fire pit. You’ll also have access to the fully stocked kitchen, living area, and dining space. On-site parking is available for your convenience. The house is yours to enjoy during your stay, providing a comfortable and private retreat.

Other things to note
While the house accommodates up to 8 guests, we provide beds and linens for 6 (king, queen, and two twin beds). Due to the volume of laundry involved, we’re unable to offer additional blankets or pillows beyond what's on the beds. If your group is larger or requires extra bedding, we suggest bringing air mattresses and any additional linens you may need to ensure everyone’s comfort.

A washer and dryer are available for guests staying 4 nights or more. For shorter stays, laundry facilities are not provided.

We occasionally have firewood available for the outdoor fire pit, as part of our tree maintenance or groundskeeping efforts. However, availability isn't guaranteed, so we recommend purchasing firewood locally if you'd like to enjoy a fire during your stay.

Enjoy the large deck overlooking the Blue River, complete with a gas grill for outdoor cooking. While we provide the grill and make an effort to ensure it’s stocked with gas, guests may need to handle propane refills during their stay if needed.

NOTE: There is a designated path leading down to the river but due to regulations, the riverbank's natural vegetation remains untouched, and access can vary. Depths range seasonally from 3 to 15 feet, so be aware of river conditions.
