„My new favourite place to stay when we come to Norfolk. A lovely hotel, amazing staff and really friendly locals. It was so lovely to see how busy the pub was with both food and drinks. The food was incredible, breakfasts were amazing. We popped downstairs later one evening and just had a dessert and they were more than happy to just serve that. All the staff were great, so friendly and went over and above when I mentioned something I needed for the room. The room was great, loved the ...

„My favourite East Anglian hotel - recently refurbished, just as friendly and welcoming. As usual there were all sorts here, it's a proper 'local' - good food, good beer, good cheer! Lots of interesting opinions - all topical issues covered and easily overheard. The bar has two tellies now, and I enjoyed watching the end of an ODI (Sri Lanka won), and then some Happy Valley with mein hosts. I thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here (as long as you can do stairs), it's reasonably priced, the ...

„This was the perfect place to stay for a special event at nearby Wymondham College. I was warmly (well, it was during the heatwave!) and cheerfully greeted by Tracey. My room was clean, well-prepared and provided me with all the facilities I required. It was extremely competitively priced. „I stayed here last year at Townhouse Hotel. I was greeted very warmly. The room was warm, clean bedding and towels and hot water, which is all I ask when I stay somewhere. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room. Although better, the room did not ...

„Amazing stay. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Often hotels state pet friendly, but these guys added some really nice useful touches, to make us all welcome. Beautiful property in a great location.“

„Excellent hotel! Excellent staff. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English ...
