We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You'll have access to the entire home with a private entrance, which ensures your privacy and comfort. Entry is secure and easy with a keypad lock. You'll have access to a backyard/patio, grill, parking in the driveway as well as other amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped laundry area.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms provide room for up to twelve guests. The primary suite features a king bed, sofa bed, TV, blackout curtains, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed with blackout curtains, while the third has a queen bed with lounge chairs and a table. A queen bed with dresser, mirror, and rooftop patio access is found in the fourth bedroom, and the fifth bedroom includes a queen bed and dresser. With two full bathrooms and a half bath, there’s plenty of space to get ready for the day without waiting.

Outdoor living
The rooftop patio invites you to start your day under the sun or wind down in the evening surrounded by fresh Colorado air. Furnished with lounge chairs and a table, it’s a welcoming spot for conversation or quiet reading. The fenced backyard extends your options, with outdoor furniture, a hammock, and a BBQ grill for casual meals.

Inside, 2,400 square feet of living space includes a renovated kitchen with upgraded appliances and ample counter space. A dining table makes it easy to share meals together, while the living room offers a comfortable couch and flat-screen TV for movie nights. Cooking essentials such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are provided, along with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, wine glasses, toaster, and baking sheet. Barbecue utensils are also included for outdoor grilling.

Family & convenience
This pet-friendly home is equipped with a pack ’n play, high chair, and board games, making it family-ready. A dedicated workspace with desk, chair, and monitor supports remote work, while reliable WiFi keeps everyone connected. The laundry room with washer, dryer, and utility sink ensures longer stays are convenient. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage add comfort, while heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and portable fans help you adjust the space to your liking.

Safety & access
The home includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Self check-in with a keypad makes arrival simple, and both free onsite and free street parking are available.

For your safety, security cameras have been installed outside the property monitoring the front door and back door. There are no cameras inside the property.
